The visionary behind M Browz
M Browz Professional Beauty Spa and Academy was founded by Mehrnaz Bosch, an Iranian American woman with a vision and relentless drive to help others feel beautiful, confident, and empowered. Just two years after moving to the U.S., Mehrnaz set out to create something of her own. With no roadmap, no shortcuts, and no one to guide her, only vision, discipline, and a deep belief that beauty should be both accessible and transformative, she built M Browz from the ground up.
What began as a small, family-run studio has evolved into a nationally recognized brand, rooted in resilience, excellence, and a mission to uplift others. From indulgent spa services to long-lasting aesthetic solutions, M Browz offers treatments that seamlessly fit into clients' lifestyles while upholding the highest standards in the industry.

Chief Executive Officer - Negar is the backbone of M Browz's operational success. She optimizes processes and fuel growth. With a keen eye for efficiency, she enhances workflows to ensure seamless and productive functionalities. Her collaborative approach fosters synergy among all teams, driving a unified vision for excellence and sustained success.
Mehrnaz Bosch
Founder - Founder of M Browz business and M Browz Academy, developer of a proprietary ROWZ suite of cruelty-free, organic skincare products, Mehrnaz drives innovation and growth with her artistic vision and strategic leadership. She inspires excellence, redefines beauty standards, and elevates M Browz as a premier brand in the industry.
Dan Bosch
Sales Director - Dan has served as Sales Director of
M BROWZ Franchise, LLC since its inception. Previously, Dan served as a Sales Representative for Stryker Corp. from February 1996 through November 2023.
Carlos Guzman
Advisory Team Member - Mr. Guzman has served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of ATM Franchise Brands since May 2016. Mr. Guzman also serves as Chief Operating Officer of Massage Green since January 2017- He also serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Stretch Smart since 2018. Finally, Mr. Guzman is the Senior Vice President of Operations for Lefty's since April 2020. Mr. Guzman's principal office is located in Miami, Florida.
Narges Barefoot
Content and Digital Director - Narges is the mastermind behind our captivating digital narrative and streamlined operations. She enhances our brand's online presence and curales engaging content strategies that resonate with our audience. Her passion and expertise lies in merging creativity with
digital/technical finesse. With this combination she ensures engaging content and optimized online functionalities throughout M Browz digital landscape.
Andrea Salle
Advanced Aesthetic Instructor - Andrea Sallee is a licensed aesthetician in Ohio and Michigan. She is passionate about technological innovation and cares deeply about her clients, helping them achieve their aesthetic goals through customized plans. She takes a results-driven approach and works with her clients to achieve and maintain optimal skin health.
Beth Schoen
Advanced Aesthetic Instructor - As a licensed Master Aesthetician since 2016, Beth brings expertise and warmth to every client interaction. Beth's expertise in skincare enables her to offer thorough skincare consultations during patient interactions. This personalized approach ensures patients receive tailored recommendations and guidance to address their skincare concerns and goals.
Sadena Safavi
PMU Instructor - Sadena is a dedicated permanent make-up master, makeup artist. and hairstylist who has honed her skills for over 15 years. Beginning her career in lran and eventually establishing a successful beauty lounge there, she has made the United States her home after traveling back and forth for more than eight years. Sadena's talent and experience have earned her a strong reputation in the industry.
